"PalaOne" is a heartfelt tribute to "Palawan" - our extraordinary province known as the "Last Ecological Frontier" and consistently voted among the world's best islands - combined with "One" representing the sacred unity between freedivers, the ocean, and our pristine island paradise.

Co-founded by island native Alixes Rabanal, PalaOne Freediving was born from a simple dream: to share the incredible underwater world of Coron through the eyes of those who call it home.

Born and raised on Canipo Island, Alixes has been exploring these waters since childhood, starting to freedive at just 8 years old. As a Molchanovs Wave 2 Certified Instructor and professional tour guide since 2013, he combines ancestral island wisdom with world-class freediving education.
